While Jean-Marc's wines tend to get most of the spotlight, he has also developed a talent for distillation. The Roulots have been making spirits since 1866 and Jean-Marc's father had a particular love for the process of making fruit eau de vie. Jean-Marc has continued this family tradition by renewing their spirits production with three fruit liqueurs: pear, fruit, and raspberry.
